Les candidats qui souhaitent acheter une ferme doivent avoir au moins deux ans d'exp\u00e9rience en gestion agricole. Les candidats sont \u00e9galement \u00e9valu\u00e9s en fonction de leur \u00e9ducation, de leur exp\u00e9rience, de leur \u00e2ge, de leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 parler anglais\/fran\u00e7ais et de leur adaptabilit\u00e9.<br \/><br \/><\/p><h5><strong>Exp\u00e9rience Pertinente<\/strong><\/h5><p>Un demandeur ind\u00e9pendant doit avoir une exp\u00e9rience de travail ind\u00e9pendant dans les domaines de la culture, du sport ou de la gestion agricole pendant plus de deux ans au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es (p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la date de demande ou de d\u00e9cision de visa de r\u00e9sident permanent). L\u2019exigence d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en travail ind\u00e9pendant ne s\u2019applique pas \u00e0 ceux qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s culturelles ou sportives de niveau mondial pendant plus de deux ans au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Le niveau \u00ab Classe mondiale \u00bb identifie les personnes connues internationalement. Il identifie \u00e9galement des personnes qui ne sont peut-\u00eatre pas connues \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle internationale mais qui performent aux plus hauts niveaux dans leur discipline.<br \/><br \/><\/p><h5><strong>Exemples de cat\u00e9gorie de travailleurs Ind\u00e9pendants<\/strong><\/h5><p>Professeurs de musique, artistes, illustrateurs, cin\u00e9astes, journalistes ind\u00e9pendants, chor\u00e9graphes, sc\u00e9nographes, entra\u00eeneurs, directeurs de th\u00e9\u00e2tre\/musicaux, impresarios et agriculteurs.<\/p><p>Aucune condition d&#039;immigration n&#039;est impos\u00e9e aux travailleurs autonomes. Vous devez disposer de suffisamment d&#039;argent pour subvenir \u00e0 vos besoins et \u00e0 ceux de votre famille apr\u00e8s votre arriv\u00e9e au Canada.<\/p><p>L\u2019actif financier d\u2019un travailleur ind\u00e9pendant peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre une mesure de son intention et de sa capacit\u00e9 de s\u2019\u00e9tablir \u00e9conomiquement au Canada. Il n\u2019y a pas de niveau d\u2019investissement minimum pour les travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants. Le capital requis d\u00e9pend de la nature des travaux.<\/p><p>La province de Qu\u00e9bec dispose d'un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9lection distinct pour les travailleurs autonomes.<\/p><h1
